This Shiva Temple is at Panvel, Thane near Mumbai , India .

An ancient Shivji temple found in farm owned by Mr. Atul Agnihotri at Panvel. Shivlinga and Jaldhari is made of black local stone in rough finish. Other Deities are also in rough finished shapes. Original structure was built in brick work wall and wooden framing roof with kiln burned red roof tiles.

Main deity is Sri. Shivji and other Deities are Sri. Ganeshji & Hanumanji. Pink Stone carving work is done over interior and exterior surfaces. Beautifully carved stone pillars, walls and all shikharas (Domes) Give pleasant look. Shivji's signs of Trishul, Damru, Snakes, moon and Shankas are carvedall over pillars and walls. Four directions of temple are guarded by four main Deities of the directions. North � Sri. Kuber (God of Wealth), East � Sri. Surya (Sun, God of life), South � Sri. Yama (God of Death) West � Varuna (God of Rain - water), Stone statues of all four Deities are place over Main Shikhar according to their direction.
